Reconciliation Action Plan Launch

John Holland is proud to release its first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

The RAP details our commitment to developing long-term, beneficial and reciprocal partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities in the areas in which we work.

Our RAP is an all-inclusive document that will support and guide Aboriginal Engagement at John Holland in the future. It focuses on the three core elements which underpin our approach to reconciliation – Relationships, Respect and Opportunities.

Chief Executive Officer, Glenn Palin, said John Holland is committed to building, valuing and promoting diversity and inclusiveness.

“We know that diverse perspectives and ideas will ultimately result in better, more beneficial decisions. My commitment is to increase our knowledge and understanding of these cultures, and to be one of the most recognised and respected brands within the industry in leading Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander engagement,” he said.
