The RAP details our commitment to developing long-term, beneficial and reciprocal partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities in the areas in which we work.
Our RAP is an all-inclusive document that will support and guide Aboriginal Engagement at John Holland in the future. It focuses on the three core elements which underpin our approach to reconciliation – Relationships, Respect and Opportunities.
Chief Executive Officer, Glenn Palin, said John Holland is committed to building, valuing and promoting diversity and inclusiveness.
