The precinct also includes 144 underground car parks, 193 bicycle racks, motorcycle parking and extensive shower and locker facilities, encouraging a culture of fitness and environmentally sustainable commuting.
The project team was committed to achieving a 5 Star Green Star Office Design Rating and a 5 Star Green Star As Built Rating, from the Green Building Council of Australia. Upon completion, the project achieved both desired ratings as well as a 5 Star NABERS Energy Rating.
